Description: Spong 301 Mincer  including the original product brochure and user manual.
The Meat or vegetable grinder consists of a metal hopper on top of an open ended cylinder fitted with a perforated screw on metal cutting place at one end and a metal rod with a wooden handle at the other end which is used to rotate the cylinder.
The apparatus is set on a heavy metal fram with suctioi pads on the corners that make contact with a surface.
The frame is pained white.
The documentation and the grinder contain the following information:
"Spong & Co. Ltd.Crompton Close
Basildon, Essex
Made in England"

History of Use:
Although founded in 1856, Spong & Co. moved to the Crompton Close premises in 1962 and sold the hardware division of the business in 1980.
