a) Dark blue doeskin vest; gold braid along edges; front has 34 small gold studs with six hook and eye closures; two front pockets edged with gold braid and Russian knots; black cloth back panel; tan cloth inside lining 
b) Dark blue doeskin trousers; wide band of gold lace down outside seam of pant legs; two waist pockets; four suspender buttons around waist; four buttons on inside of cuffs; six button fly
