Narrative: This axe is from the dispersal of artifacts of the Oxford Museum, Cumberland County, N.S. It was used as a tool. The axe was made at the old axe factory on Upper Main Street in Oxford which was operated by Mr. Blenkhorn, the great grandfather of the donor.
