Sep 25 2002 - Alan Roberts of Xavier Drive said the 'molds' are referred to as 'mesh board' and are used by the fishermen making and repairing nets.  The larger ones are used for knitting the salmon nets while the smaller ones are used for knitting the 'heading' of the lobster traps.
Description: Rectangular; tapered as the body of a fish; approx size of a herring
