One silver medal, Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee medal for Canada. Obverse has an effigy of Queen Elizabeth II and the reverse has a stylized maple leaf with "Canada" at the top and "1952 EIIR 1977" at the bottom. The EIIR (the Royal Cipher) has a small crown above it. The medal hangs from a white ribbon with red stripes on the edges and a red stripe in the middle with a blue strip on either side of the centre red stripe.
